Over 3 days, you learn to identify stress in other divers, manage panicked divers at the surface and underwater, perform in-water rescue breathing, manage missing diver scenarios, and coordinate emergency response.
Prerequisites: PADI Advanced Open Water certification (or equivalent) and current Emergency First Response (EFR) certification. We can combine the EFR course with the Rescue Diver course if needed.
The course involves both skills practice in confined water and realistic open water scenarios. You will practice towing unconscious divers, performing rescue breathing while swimming, and managing equipment emergencies.
