The PADI Advanced Open Water course is the natural next step after your Open Water certification. In just 2 days with 5 adventure dives, you significantly expand your skills and confidence underwater while earning certification to dive to 30 meters.
Two dives are mandatory: Deep Dive (to 30 meters, where you learn about narcosis and deep diving procedures) and Underwater Navigation (using a compass and natural references). The remaining three are your choice from electives.
Popular elective dives in Bali include Night Dive (discovering nocturnal marine life), Wreck Dive (exploring the USS Liberty in Tulamben), Drift Dive (riding currents at Nusa Penida), and Peak Performance Buoyancy (perfecting your weightlessness).
Unlike Open Water, the Advanced course has no exams or classroom sessions. It is all about diving experience -- learning by doing under the guidance of your instructor.
The course is ideal for divers who want to access deeper sites like Manta Point at Nusa Penida, explore the deeper sections of the Liberty wreck, or feel more confident in varying conditions.
Our Advanced course is Rp 4.500.000 and includes all 5 dives, equipment, PADI materials, certification, transport, lunch, and insurance. We schedule the dives at different sites to give you maximum variety.
